Before you let We will (without charge or obligation) visit the premises to assess its rental value.

In order to achieve your properties full rental potential, it is advisable to present it in the best possible way. A clean, modern look with good facilities will let faster than a tired and dated property. We can visit your property with you to discuss on site. You might consider adding desirable facilities such as a shower, favoured by many tenants. A coat of paint between lettings is also advisable.

Should you require, we can carry out refurbishments and decorations to your specification, using our team of experienced and cost effective builders and tradesmen. We will provide quotes and carry out the work to your budget.

Gas safety checks - the law requires all rental properties are checked by a Corgi registered gas engineer and a certificate issued. We are happy to arrange this on your behalf.
