Client Money Protection

Through our UKALA membership we carry full client money protection insurance cover that protects both landlords and tenants deposits and rent held by Mackstone Ltd.  There is a link on our home page under the heading CMP to show our valid CMP certificate to confirm our current compliance with the relevant legislation.

Deposit Protection (MyDeposits)

Tenancy deposit protection helps safeguard your deposit and helps ensure that you get it back at the end of the tenancy, provided you have met the terms of your Tenancy Agreement.  We normally provide tenants with both the deposit protection certificate and prescribed information either on or before the tenancy sign-up.
