Why let with us?
As a landlord, you'll benefit from both our vast experience and passion for property - we'll provide you with a professional service and find you the right tenants quickly. Our expert knowledge and experience in legislation and the rental market will give you peace of mind for a stress free tenancy period.
We are proud members of both UKALA & NLA.
Tenant checks & vetting
We will carry out ‘Right to Rent’ checks to verify tenants status, a legal requirement. We only let to fully vetted tenants.
Customer service, experience and advice
Mackstone benefits from over 30 years experience in lettings and management. We will liaise with you throughout the whole letting process to ensure complete satisfaction. We will help and advise to make sure the property is presented in the best condition possible.
Our fees are very competitive and we will provide a free 1 year rent guarantee policy to all new management clients. This gives landlords peace of mind if the tenant defaults on the rent or forfeits on the contractual agreement.
Full management available
If full management is selected we will take away all of the hassle associated with managing the property and dealing with repairs and maintenance.
Presence on leading websites
Your property will be marketed on leading websites (Zoopla, Prime Location and On the Market).
Peace of mind
Managing a property is far more time consuming than many people imagine. How much time are you willing to spare to deal with your tenant's telephone calls and the resulting work? Let us take the strain.
Our Property Management Service gives you peace of mind to relieve you of the hassle of being a full-time landlord. No more worries when the phone rings out of hours relating to tenancy issues. Our fully trained team are also highly experienced in prompt rent collection and credit control.
Happy tenants stay longer
With so much negative press about poor service levels experienced by tenants, increasingly more tenants are requesting managed properties for their piece of mind during the tenancy, leading to lower turnover of tenants and less void periods between lets.
